This page sets out the terms on which INFINITELABS LLC (EIN 27-0776462), trading as INFINITELABS LLC, sells products through infinitewellnesslab.com. Reading it is worthwhile: placing an order means accepting it. Where the words “we” or “us” appear below they mean INFINITELABS LLC.

When these terms bind you

You are bound by these terms and by our Privacy Policy from the point you use this website, submit an order, or consent to receive messages from us. Should you disagree with them, do not do any of those three things.

Age and capacity

Orders are accepted only from people aged 18 and above who are legally competent to contract. The same threshold applies to the text programme. We do not knowingly sell to, or message, anybody below that age, and an order placed in breach of this may be cancelled and refunded.

What we sell, and what it is not

Everything on this site, Plan Line included, is a dietary supplement rather than a medicine. None of it is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and we will not describe it as though it were. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Responses differ between people and no outcome is promised. Speak to a qualified healthcare professional before you begin.

Text messages under the TCPA

Consent given through the opt-in box on this site permits INFINITELABS LLC to send recurring automated marketing and informational text messages to the mobile number you entered, as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) requires it to be given. It carries the following terms.

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Message frequency varies; there is no fixed schedule.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to any message to end the programme.
  • Reply HELP to any message to get help.
  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Sending something back

The return window is 75 days from delivery and it applies whether or not the seal is broken. Start it at draft@infinitewellnesslab.com. Once the goods arrive back, the refund is put through to the original payment method and clears in 5 to 10 business days. We do not deduct a restocking fee.

Ownership of the content

The text, images, layout and code on this site belong to INFINITELABS LLC or to the parties who licensed them to us, and are protected by intellectual property law. Copying, republishing or building something derived from them needs our written permission first.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, INFINITELABS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Law and venue

This agreement is made under the laws of the State of Florida, United States, with conflict-of-law principles disregarded, and any proceeding belongs in the courts sitting in Florida. Consumer protections available to you under your own state's law are unaffected.

Changes to these terms

These terms can change. When they do, the new version appears on this page with the date it was revised, and carrying on using the site afterwards is how you accept it. The terms that govern an order are the ones published when you placed it.

Sheets and withdrawals

If a dimension on the sheet moves, the drawing is rewritten that morning. The price you were told when the order was confirmed is the price.
